The addition of four variants of the Galaxy that following the success of the Samsung S Galaxy which sold up to 10 million units within seven months, such as reported by Mobile News, Thursday (01/27/2011).
The four new variants-Ace, Fit, Gio and Mini-Galaxy will use the Android operating system 2.2. Ace, Mini and Fit will be released in March, while Gio was launched into the market from April.
"Following the Galaxy's phenomenal success and popularity of Android getting shot, we want a smart phone can be enjoyed by more users, through the addition of the portfolio," said Managing Director of Samsung UK and Ireland, Simon Stanford.
"Galaxy is now offering a complete smart phone variants. Combining exceptional technology hardware and latest operating system with interactive content, we believe what we can offer acceptable to everyone, no matter whether this is their first smartphone or a fifth," added Stanford.
